Three distance / route / pace options:
50-mile A and B-pace groups (break / rest stop at mile 23)
36-mile B, C, D-pace groups (break / rest stop at mile 20)
20-mile D-pace group (break / rest stop at mile 10)

I encourage each rider to request to review “Caution” POI tags on the RWGPS file.
Pace group mph average:
A (19 – 21mph)
B (17 – 19mph)
C (15 – 17mph)
D (13-15mph)
**Each distance / pace group with be fully staffed with multiple Ride Marshal’s / Ride Leaders
***SAG support for each route. (SAG support vehicle will provide water cooler at break/rest stop point.)

Morning logistics:
Celebration starts at 8am
Pre-ride safety review
Pre-ride prayer
50-seconds of silence follow by 200 orange biodegradable helium balloon launch.
Bike mechanic with on-site set up prior to ride for those simple last-minute adjustments.
Each distance and pace group, will roll out with ample space between each, so it makes for a fun and safe ride for everyone.
This is a non-sanctioned ride; therefore, we are all responsible for our own safety and following all rules of the road.
***We as a cycling community need to make sure we are being aware of the traffic around us and always being good citizens of the road.

This ride IS NOT a ride that we OWN the road, and others need to yield to us…
We DO NOT have a police escort… Rider safety is each rider’s responsibility.
PLEASE respect the advertised pace and understand we have nothing to prove.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are no restroom facilities at the start so plan ahead.
However, there is a Starbucks near the entrance to the Gates of Prosper.
