Hello Novice Riders!

We will ride this Saturday, Oct. 6th
NEW START TIME is 8:00am. It will be a 17 mile ride at about a 12 mph average pace. If you are new to group riding, we will teach you the PBA rules! Please arrive early to Gulledge Elementary to prepare yourself and be ready for the speech at 7:45, so we can leave promptly at 8:00. Helmets required. As always, this is a NO DROP ride.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that you have plenty of liquids and this would include some type of electrolyte drink (Gatorade, Nuun, etc.) And it might be a little chilly so dress accordingly.
I will be your Ride Leader this week! We look forward to seeing everyone. We will ride to Frisco.
