Please bring your helmet, lots of water / electrolytes, and some energy bars. There may be long words in the pre-ride speech at 7:15 am and some fancy footwork after that. Then, once I am able to get upright on the saddle, we can ride out by 7:30 am.

We will do the usual ~17 mile route through Frisco although if there is interest, we will also have a 21 mile route available which goes a little further north.
