12 June Tuesday Night Ladies Ride - Plano Bicycle Association

Weather for tomorrow looks hot. Winds will decrease as the ride rolls as will temperatures – but it will still be hot. We will stop at the rest stop so that everyone will have a chance to refill water bottles. Hydration is always important, but particularly important as we head into the hotter months. Should you be on a ride and feel dizzy, nauseous, or confused – you could be experiencing heat related issues – please communicate to the group, do not try to muscle through.

Sunset is 8:36pm. Please do remember to charge your lights just in case we have mechanicals that delay the ride.

Time: Arrive at 6PM, ready to roll by 6:15PM.

Pace: If we have enough riders we will break down into 2 groups.

Group A: 14.5 -16 mph

Group B: 13-14.5 mph
