Tuesday Night Ladies Ride

Ladies!

FRONT AND REAR LIGHTS ARE NOW REQUIRED FOR PBA NIGHT RIDES.

A Group will continue through October at the following pace (15.5-17 mph).   Group B will roll again in the spring.

Sunset tomorrow is around 6:45pm – it will be dark before we get back to the lot.  PLEASE CHARGE YOUR LIGHTS – YOU WILL NEED THEM TO WORK.  Wear light colored jerseys for better visibility.

Weather Forecast:

66 deg dropping to 60 deg with ENE 6mph winds.  No rain in the forecast.

Housekeeping:

1. Remember to bring your flat kit.
2. Inflate your tires to the recommended PSI before every ride. Road bike tires need to be checked before each ride.
3. Charge and bring your lights. (Lights are required)
4. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride
5. Bring 2 water bottles and fill them with water or an electrolyte drink.

We are no longer the Tuesday Night Ladies Ride – we are now the Tuesday Night Ladies Only Ride.  Gentlemen who hope to assist with the ride will need to please respect the new ride parameters – Gentleman will be asked to find another ride.
