Tuesday Night Ladies Ride (TNLR) - Regular Season - 2 Pace Groups
Wheels Down 6PM -- please arrive fifteen minutes early for check-in and pre-ride announcements

The SSE winds of Spring will push us along for some of the ride, and work against us at other parts. However, wind is part of spring cycling, and this will be about the norm for a bit.
We need 6 riders registered by 4pm on Tuesday for the pace group to make.
TNLR C is slightly longer than TNLR D.
We will have 2 pace groups --
TNLR - D Pace group (14-15.5 rolling average). This pace group is about a Step-Up/B2 effort. If you are successful on either of those pace groups -- THIS IS YOUR RIDE!!!! There is one rest stop - the D pace group will at least pull in, just in case we need to pick up anyone from the C Pace group.

TNLR - C Pace group ( 15.5-17 rolling average). This pace group effort level is about the equivalent of Tweeners Long. The group came in 16.5+ last week. This ride will only stop at the rest stop by request.

This is a ride led by women and designed to get women interested in group riding in a non-competitive and relaxed atmosphere. This group is VERY social.
