5/30 Fast 40 – 7 Cities + NEW Extra Miles Option

F40 now has a NEW Extra Miles signup for those craving a little more saddle time! Extra Miles Option will start 1 hour before the scheduled ride at*6:30AM* and adds 20 miles round trip from Trek Allen. Hanging out after the ride is the on top. The Extra Miles pace is slightly lower than the main Fast 40 section. Don't worry if you're not EXTRA, Fast 40will still be leaving from SC & Coit at *7:30AM* as usual.

You MUST be registered for this ride on the PBA website to join this ride. **Do not show up for this ride unless you have a confirmed spot. If you show up WITHOUT a confirmed spot you will not be permitted to join the ride.**

If you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email if a spot opens up for you and then you must register to claim your spot. If no spot opens up and you are still on the waitlist then you are NOT registered for the ride.

Pace: 19.5+ MPH (previous Strava ride average 21.7 MPH)

Go Zone: 1 (at 24.6 mile marker up Alpe d' Wylie, 1 mile)

Rest Stop: 1 (QT on FM 544 at mile 26)
