Weather forecast calls for a nice morning, with some winds out of the Northeast. Here's the route:

B2 NE Virginia

The speed for B-Squared is 14-15mph "moving average". Actual speeds are typically as follows:

Flats with no wind around 17-18 mph; Climbs: 12-16 mph; Descents: 20-23mph. Wind is also taken into account in adjusting speed. Along with a couple of warmup miles, stops, smooth starts, and the occasional gap, these speeds will generally give us a moving average between 14 to 15 mph.
