B^2 Ride for Sept 6th, 7:30 AM Start

B-Squared with roll this Saturday from Gulledge. The start time is 7:30 a.m. Please arrive by 7:15 for check in. Be sure and check your air, brakes, and chain prior to the ride.
Like the past few weeks, we will rotate the pulling up front.
Weather has a chance of rain, we will see. Temps should be nice if it doesn't rain.
42 mile route with the main rest stop at 23 miles, and a "quick stop" at 36 miles. It avoids the construction on Renner. If rain is a threat, a rain route may be substituted.

The speed for B-Squared is 14-15mph "moving average". Actual speeds are typically as follows:
Flats with no wind around 17-18 mph; Climbs: 12-16 mph; Descents: 20-23mph. Wind is also taken into account in adjusting speed. Along with a couple of warmup miles, stops, smooth starts, and the occasional gap, these speeds will generally give us a moving average between 14 to 15 mph.
