Whenever there is a mostly easterly wind, this C Voyage Captain will use it as an excuse to default to his favorite route, which is—of course—Downtown McKinney, even if we did a very similar route just two weeks ago. Though it is no longer winter, conditions at the start of the ride, at 0800, will be quite cool, so layer up appropriately. Of course, if you are Russell Slicker, you can ignore that advice.
Leaving at 0800 should get us back at around 10:15. Our port of call will be at Filtered coffee in downtown. The ride is currently full, but you can still take advantage of the waiting list. We’ll see you all tomorrow!
What: Monday Morning 'C' Voyage
When: 0745 muster, 0800 launch
Where: McKinney Bike Mart yard
Pace: 16-17.5 mph rolling average (Strava average the last time we did this route: 16.4) This is a No Drop ride.
