Tuesday Night Ladies Ride

Regular Season rides from March - September.

The Winter Season begins in October

This is a ride led by women and designed to get women interested in group riding in a non-competitive and relaxed atmosphere.  This group is VERY social.

We offer various pace groups during the regular season:
C Pace Group:  15.5-17 mph  NO DROP
D Pace Group - 14 - 15.5  NO DROP

We offer 1 pace group during the Winter Season (D+/C-):
14.5-16.5 mph NO DROP
The winter season route is flat and static.  It is a good route for getting comfortable on night rides.  The challenge is riding in the dark with less emphasis on speed and hill climbing.

TNLR is a NO DROP ride.  However, do be prepared to ride the approximate average and at the posted speeds.  The minimal requirements are a PBA Step-Up Pace.

There is one rest stop.  The rest stop is optional for the C group, however, the D group will stop.  In particular to pick up any riders in the C group that want to ride back at a more leisurely pace.  In addition, all routes are designed for an early cut off for riders that only want to do about half the ride.

This ride is for WOMEN ONLY!

Updates and Ride announcements will be posted on the Ladies Ride PBA Blog.  If you wish to receive automatic updates - please subscribe for the blog.
