Joe Ellis is the ride leader and Chrissie Taveira will sweep. Anyone interested in becoming a ride leader – let us know. We will be happy to have you assist at the front, or assist in the back and learn proper leading and sweeping techniques. Also – anyone interested in pulling – just shout out. Pulling a group for a bit will help you get stronger.

The weather for tomorrow does not look like it is going to cooperate for a ride. It is forecasted to rain all night with strong chances of thunderstorms tomorrow morning. However, this is Texas in spring – and the forecast could be wrong.

If the weather does cooperate -

Please arrive by 7:45am

Sign-in, safety waiver, and pre-ride safety speech

Please be ready to roll at 8AM.

NO-DROP ride approximately 42 miles.

Average rolling speed will be around 14-15 mph.

Housekeeping:

Remember to bring your flat kit.
Inflate your tires to the recommended PSI before every ride. Road bike tires need to be checked before each ride.
Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride
Bring water – hydration is very important when cycling.
Dress in layers.
