B Squared (B2)

We will roll out at 7:30 am sharp-ish, weather permitting! 
Please consider starting your hydration today.

Please be at the start point by 7:15am for the pre-ride speech and to get signed in.

The weather for Saturday will be in the 70s with winds from the North and a high potential for rain.  Please watch the forum or Facebook for cancellations.

Everyone should bring adequate hydration (2 water bottles or Camel-Back) and refresh your water at the rest stop.  It is very easy to become overcome by the heat, even when it is cool.  Stay hydrated! 

We will ride our standard route, approximately 42 miles.  The posted average is 14-15 mph.  This means rolling speeds will range from 10-25 mph.  If you cannot maintain that average – please choose a different ride.  There will be at least 2 rest stops due to the heat. 

B2 is a PBA developmental ride.  If you think you are ready to move to a faster ride – but are nervous to take the leap.  Let me know and you can take a turn at pulling B2.  If you can pull the group, you are ready to make the jump! Also, if you have recently taken the ride leader class and would like to lead the ride with another ride leader while you get used to the experience – we can make that happen as well.
