B^2 (42@14-15) We thank Susan N for being the ride leader for the 3rd, please thank her as it does take time and effort to prepare as a ride leader even when an event it rained out. Your ride leader for the 10th will be Anne B, she will be ready for you please make sure you and your machine will be ready. We have really high temperatures in the forecast for the weekend, consider riding during the week to make sure you continue to understand how your body reacts to the heat. If you are considering moving up to Tweener's or joining us from Step Up you may want to review that decision based on how you ride this week. And review the recent posts on heat related injuries if you are uncertain of those warnings. Please let Anne know if you are aware of any issues with the route (new construction and such).
