Saturday Eastside

Although there is a chance of rain on Saturday, we felt that it is important that you know now that the starting point for our ride will change due to the recent closure of the Bicycle Evolution Bike Shop. The new location will be at the Oak Point Park Nature Center and Trails at 5901 Los Rios Blvd, Plano. The change will be effective with the next ride whenever that may be.

The Oak Point Park Nature Center has restrooms and a water fountain and access to all of the Oak Point trails. We have explored the trails and are able to report that there are connections to our existing north, east and south bike routes. Also, thanks to John and Heidi for showing us a west route along the Blue Bonnet Trail which connects to Ridgeview Drive and to our existing return route.
