4 Pace Groups are offered -- We offer a Renegade Ride for the ladies looking for speedy social pace! And we offer a Social - Lite -- where we are rolling at a very social pace and distance! And we offer 2 additional rides in-between. The point is -- Ladies, there IS a ride for you!

Please sign up for the ride you plan to start on. It is perfectly acceptable to start with one group and drop back to another group at the rest stop. This is one way to get stronger and faster (for those of you who care about getting stronger and faster.......LOL)
Serious (No Drop): 15-16.5
Chatty (No Drop): 13.5 - 15
Social Lite (No Drop) (Shorter 11 mile route 12-14mph pace)
